As starting pont, use 0.1 – 0.3% of the wet coagulant in bath. From the beginning vary the use level to satisfy individual needs. (May also be added to the latex-bath). There are severel grade of Sun RA based on active content. Start from 10% to 60% active content.

Sun Accel-DM is an accelerator with middle cure rate and higher vulcanization temperature. It doesn’t cause scorch in the absence of furnace carbon black. Operating safety is good. It disperses easily and doesn’t discolor vulcanized. The vulcanized is aging resistant.

This accelerator can be used for white or colored rubber good but isn’t suitable for foodstuff rubber because of its bitter taste. It is used in manufacture of tires, rubber tube, rubber shoes, rubber cloth and other technical rubber goods. SunAccel-DM works as plasticizer and delayed action activator in polychoroprene
